The Law Department currently has an opening for a Staff Contract Administrator. The Contract Administrator works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors and exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions. The Contract Administrator is responsible for assisting with the negotiating, structuring and administrating contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers and partners, serves as the liaison between Business Groups and Legal communicating issues and policies to management, and will review advertising and promotional materials for consumer and professional products to insure compliance with legal requirements and company policies. In addition, will work with sales teams, service teams, marketing teams as well as the legal department to structure contracts and non-disclosure agreements and review advertising and promotional material and will be required to assist with the analysis of contracts and advertising and promotional materials to ensure compliance to company policies, government regulations, specifications and other requirements. The Contract Administrator may be required to track milestones, due dates and contract periods and files for contract database.

Application Integration Engineer

The Integration Engineer will be responsible for coordinating and supporting device and client application integration efforts. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of direct hands-on quality assurance experience in a software development environment. The main task for this role is to provide Quality Assurance focused on testing Database Services supporting Business Intelligence and Financial Reporting. Primary Responsibilities:

Security Architect

Reporting to the Manager of Security, the Security Architect is a senior member of the Sony Network Entertainment (SNEI) Security team. The individual will be responsible for design and implementation of security controls that support the Security program and SNEI Common Control Framework. The Security Architect will also work with other Security Team members to ensure consistent repeatable process to support these security controls. This is a hands-on position that requires someone who has had a general experience in two or more of these key areas: security architecture, compliance, program design, development, networking and/or operations together with an understanding of Information Security principles and solution architecture. 

Responsibilities
•   Works with security management to identify and document a security protection strategy that aligns with the organization's technical, business and compliance strategies.
•   Works with others to develop and document a standard security architecture, framework and patterns to facilitate security control implementation within the organization.
•   Works with Security Team members to design security processes and procedures which enforce key controls within the environment.
•   Performs planning, design, implementation, and tracking of assigned security projects.
•   Initiates reviews of security architecture proposals with security management prior to implementation.
•   Provides security support and consultation for assigned application development and infrastructure projects.
•   Works with security management to develop and perform training for SNEI personnel to support security awareness goals.
•   Hands-on implementation of security devices and software as assigned to support monitoring, protecting, and review of network devices, servers, and applications.
•   Performs internal penetration tests to ensure security of the network and applications.
•   Performs code review as assigned to identify and determine risks for the service platform.
•   Provides research and analysis of security vulnerabilities and defects to help determine risk level and prioritization for remediation.
•   Evaluates new security technology and trends to make documented recommendations to strengthen security controls.
•   Maintains clear communications, documentation, and timely support for assigned security responsibilities.
•   Provides on-call and troubleshooting support as needed to ensure that all security events are resolved properly and compliance requirements are met.
