Essential responsibilities include:
Drafting and negotiating agreements related to licensing of content (television, films, music, etc.) for distribution through emerging new media platforms; Drafting and negotiating agreements with respect to strategic corporate development arrangements; On-going support in managing partnerships with licensors and partners; and Support with respect to general corporate matters. 
Our successful top-tier law school graduate will possess California Bar admission and must have three to seven years of experience with technology and content licensing at a nationally recognized law firm, technology company or entertainment company. The candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; demonstrate motivation and initiative; be able to multitask and work quickly and collaboratively under tight deadlines; and be capable of providing insight on both business and legal issues. Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish mandatory.

Job
Summary: The Sony Network Entertainment Software QA Intern will assist in

Description:

The
primary role for this position will be to work on the development of back-end

The Senior QA Automation Engineer is responsible for assuring the quality of Sony Network Entertainment (SNEI) internal and customer-facing applications using automation as well as manual black-box and gray-box testing techniques. SNEI has an immediate opening for a Senior Human Resources Generalist. This individual will report directly to the Director, Human Resources and is responsible to measurably contribute to the organization's success that align with and accelerate the business strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded, hands-on HR professional who delivers best results by working with the team. The success of this role is achieved by applying thorough HR knowledge and experience, utilizing a broad range of human resources solutions, strategies and processes, and working closely with leadership teams and collaborating with fellow HR business partners (at Corporate and/or within any SNEI Region as appropriate).


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide HR consulting, insights and solutions to the leadership team that addresses business challenges and contributes to the development and attainment of successful business results.

Partnership:
Deeply engaged with client groups to gain the understanding and knowledge of business picture and reality. Represents the business needs of client groups in all HR program design and implementation. Partner with management to diagnose and clearly articulate the root causes of organizational performance issues. Contribute to the creation of business strategies.

HR Expert:
Drive HR solutions to align with SNEI HR principles. Ultimate owner of the successful implementation of solutions in respective client groups leveraging the group experience and knowledge in all HR technical areas: performance management, workforce planning and talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, total rewards (compensation, benefits, HRIS), workplace policies, employee engagement, employment and labor law, etc.

Workforce Planning:
Act as subject matter expert assist client groups in the following: determining skills needed to achieve optimal results; providing leadership in helping organizations develop their employees, facilitate succession planning and acquire top talent; driving the staffing process for the organization; conduct organizational effectiveness assessments and design workforce models that build organizational capability; and recognizing industry trends and applying/creating "best practice" solutions.

Coaching:
Consult effectively with the management team and employees to influence their thinking and actions in ways that positively contribute to the achievement of business results.

Change Agents:
Articulate a clear vision for change. Set the change direction by effectively influencing and managing stakeholders to take action that helps to achieve business objectives.

Culture Champion:
Identify the cultural requirements and behavioral norms necessary to achieve business objectives. Monitor and actively support behavior to ensure optimal outcomes.

Senior Human Resources Professional with a minimum of 6-8 years of progressive Human Resources generalist experience. Working in an organization with global experience preferred. Work experience within the entertainment and/or high tech industry is preferred. Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.

Must have the ability to define problems or issues, analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions from various datasets. It is critical in this role to demonstrate excellent communication skills to interface internally and externally with all levels of an organization and to participate in problem solving and quality improvement activities. Must have the ability to multi-task.

Education
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree or equivalent is highly desired.

Software QA Engineer (Contract)

Description:

The QAEngineer is responsible for assuring the quality of Sony Network Entertainment's (SNEI) internal and customer-facing applications using mostly manual and some automated testing techniques.This will involve developing, supporting, and extending both existing and new functional test cases. Duties also include trouble-shooting and resolving test environment and infrastructure issues, as well as working with test case management, issue tracking, source control, database, requirements management, reporting, and other tools.

In the course of performing this function, the QAEngineer will rely on his or her background in software testing, software development, system administration, testing frameworks, and associated organizational processes.

The QAEngineer is a member of the QA team, reports to the Manager of Quality Assurance, and collaborates closely with the Development and System Infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform manual "black box" testing of SNEI' internal and customer-facing applications.
* Use issue tracking systems such asRallyand test case management tools such asSilk Central Test Manager
* Work with QA team members, software developers, and system and database administrators to trouble-shoot test failures in the various test environments. This may include trouble-shooting database issues using SQL queries, reviewing web server and application server logs, etc.

* Minimum of 1-2 years experience performing manual and/or automated software testing in a team environment
* Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related software engineering discipline, or equivalent
* Worked with web application servers such asTomcatand Web servers such asApache
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Team player who does not need extensive supervision
* Ability to work constructively with QA, Developers, Systems and Project Managers towards a common goal
* Good knowledge of MS Windows operating systems and MS Office tools
Desired Skills:
* Experience with Java-based web applications
