Merchandise digital content and manage the front-end consumer experience of PlayStation Store to meet company revenue goals with an emphasis on Latin American Markets.

Primary Responsibilities:

Implement strategic merchandising decisions and ecommerce campaigns that positively drive incremental revenue, meet overall PlayStation Store revenue goals and fulfills on the strategic objectives of PSN customer conversion and retention in Latin American Markets.

Collaborate closely with the Digital Distribution Manager North America (US/CA/MEX) to manage the frontend merchandising of PlayStation Store on PS3, PSP, PS Vita and PC storefronts. Responsibilities include defining and updating store categories, overseeing the merchandising, ad planning, and overall release schedule of digital products for PlayStation Store.

Be proficient on business intelligent tools to run sales reports and analysis on PlayStation Store business. Report on results of merchandising plan and weekly publish. Track and measure improvements.

Execute digital ad sales packages on PlayStation Store targeting LATAM markets, including accurate inventory management, execution of advertising components and weekly reporting.

Work closely with PSN operations and content submitters to ensure timely and strategic release of digital content to maximize revenue generation. Collaborate with PSN operations on establishing, implementing, executing and enforcing new policies and procedures that utilize new tools and enhances the operational flow of PlayStation Store publishes.

Identify, manage and execute PlayStation Store merchandising and promotional campaigns across PlayStation touch points, to drive sales and meet overall revenue goals. Touch points may include original programming, PS.com, web/online social media outlets and emails.

Manager, Network Services Operations

Job Summary: The Sony Network Entertainment Manager, Network Services Operations will be responsible for supporting global and regional initiatives and projects, program management, tool enhancements and enforcing policies and process relating to the network business. SNEI

Digital Games Marketing Manager, Americas

SNEI has an opening for a Digital Games Marketing Manager. This individual will be directly responsible for 1) marketing the PlayStation®Store under Sony Entertainment Network to grow the business and 2) for managing the relationship with Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) to market the digital video and music services in relevant PlayStation®Channels. He or she will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong relationship with the PlayStation business and marketing teams on a pan American and local level to maximize sales opportunities and awareness for Sony Entertainment Network and its services. Building strong working relationships with the service content providers is also important in this role.

This person must have a strong marketing background in digital products, games industry and proven experience of managing major partnership relationships.

The scope of responsibility in more detail will include the following:

* Build and maintain strong effective marketing relationships with SCEA business and marketing teams in Americas
